Service Description

1st Step is for us to come and inspect your vehicle. As well as speak to you about the results that you are looking for. We will then provide quote that last for 21 days. If service hasn't started before the 21 days are up, the vehicle needs to be inspected again. On the date of inspection we will also provide dates that we can come out and perform the service.

Cancellation Policy

- Cancellations are 40% of the package selected and must be paid along with new appointment prior to detailer arrival. - We urge all clients to check vehicle prior to detailer leaving to make sure cleaning is to your satisfaction. - After work has been completed we do not provide refunds. - Payments must be made prior to detailer leaving. - If you are unable to be with vehicle, payment must be made in advance or detailer will leave. Unless approved beforehand. - We reach out to ALL clients via text unless you notify us that we need to call. - Our detailers will contact you at least 30 mins prior to your appointment time. If there is no response, detailer will not show up and we consider that a cancellation on clients behalf. We will charge a cancellation fee as well as the new package prior to coming back out.
